The staff are good and the location is marvellous and comfortable close to subway. Moreover, it is just off metro station as well as so many restaurants and 24-hour minimarts.

The room at Locanda Shin-Osaka was amazing! It had a cozy kitchenette with a fridge and microwave, which was perfect for preparing quick meals. The flat-screen TV with cable channels was a nice touch too. I loved having all the conveniences of home during my stay.

Personally, I found the separate bathtub and shower in the bathroom a bit inconvenient. But hey, that's just my preference.

The location in a nice enough area was marvellous and exceptionally nice and there were stores and convenience stores nearby.

My room was absolutely great and relaxing thanks to the welcoming staff. There were it's own balcony and a lounge in the room, loved that. The location was favourable, within a close distance from Sainoki Shrine.

Second time staying here, and everything is perfect. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent facilities, free vending machine in common room, and a short walk to the local subway station. Room was ready for early check-in, clean and comfortable with great gadgets. Washing machine with drying equipment in bathroom is a bonus. Free drinks in community room. English-speaking receptionists were very nice.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decor of Locanda Shin-Osaka. The hotel had a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and provided a comfortable space to relax and unwind. As a senior, I especially appreciated the hotel's accessibility. It was conveniently located near the train station and had easy access to public transportation, making it convenient for me to explore Osaka without any trouble.

I would have preferred if there were more seating options available in the hotel's common areas. After a long day of sightseeing, it would have been nice to have a comfortable place to sit and rest, besides the beds in the rooms.

We recently stayed in a hotel during our city trip and we found it to be a great value for the money. The room may have been small, but it was equipped with everything we needed during our stay, like a washing machine and a small kitchen. The location was also fantastic as it was close to public transportation, making it easy to get around the city. One great advantage was the nearby 24-hour supermarket, where we could easily buy groceries for breakfast and snacks.

There were some negative aspects to our stay. For instance, there was no comfortable seating area in the room, besides the bed, which we didn't want to sit in with our outside clothes.

We loved our stay and would definitely come back. The hotel had a charming traditional atmosphere that we really enjoyed. It was great to have stores and a supermarket nearby. Our standard twin room had a convenient heating system and a refrigerator.
